Mikey and Jeannie created the Crochet Along afghan by tossing stitch ideas to each other back and forth. For these two collaborators, tossing ideas was similar to a dance-off competition; they never knew what the other would create next. Mikey expressed, that while they were stitching together this new design, they felt like they were creating “a great dance song, the rhythm had to flow and the design had to be cohesive”.
